How The Psychology Foundation of Canada is making a difference:
  • Our award winning public education program, Parenting for Life, has distributed more than 1,000,000 booklets and provided a parenting program to help parents with their most important job.
  • More than 5000 facilitators are trained to deliver our unique and highly effective Kids Have Stress Too!® program to help parents and caregivers better understand stress in young people and how to provide children with tools to deal with stress effectively. Teachers and Early Childhood Educators use the pre-school program when working with the children in their care.
  • Our Staying on Top of your Game® workplace mental health program is being shared with employers and employees across Canada to help them "stay on top of their game".Our numerous PFC workshops across Canada have helped employees achieve better work-life balance and manage stress. Corporate executives use our resources to create healthier workplaces.
  • Our Diversity In Action program is a partnership of community agencies to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health services for newcomer families.

Every Mind Matters is our way of staying connected.
It's about sharing information to support parents, strengthen families and to give people the tools they need to cope with everyday challenges at home, at school, at work and in communities.
